Translation Memory learns exact source→target pairs from content marked Translated or Approved.

Open Instant Languages → Translation Memory to search and manage learned entries.

Each memory record tracks:

• source language
• target language
• source text and hash
• translated text
• usage count
• last-used date

Exact-match reuse

When the same source sentence appears again, the editor can suggest the existing translation instead of sending it back to an external provider.

Safe bulk fill

Empty page or global-string translations can be bulk-filled from exact Translation Memory matches. These fills are saved as Drafts for review rather than silently assuming a previous translation is correct in every new context.

It improves consistency and can reduce external provider usage for repeated institutional phrases.
