Does the visitor call DeepL every time they switch language?

No. Providers generate translations in the WordPress backend. Published translations are stored locally and delivered from WordPress.

Do I need a VPS?

Not for direct DeepL/Google mode. Normal WordPress hosting can run the plugin if it supports outbound HTTPS, AJAX and WordPress cron/loopback behavior.

Do I need to approve every machine translation?

No. Use the recommended safety-checked auto-publish workflow. Human-reviewed content can later be marked Approved.

Do I have to open Visual Editor for every page?

No. v0.20.0 adds automatic full-site rendered discovery. Run Translate Entire Site first; use Visual Editor only for exceptions or QA.

Can it translate blog posts?

Yes. Posts, titles, excerpts, bodies, Blog/archive-loop titles/excerpts, post URLs and SEO metadata are supported.

Can it translate pages generated by shortcodes?

Server-rendered shortcode output is scanned automatically. JavaScript/AJAX-only output may need rendered discovery or Visual Editor.

Will it work with Elementor?

It includes Elementor-aware scanning plus rendered fallbacks for third-party widgets and dynamic output.

Can I correct a machine translation?

Yes. Use Translation Editor or Visual Editor and save the corrected value as Translated or Approved.

What happens when English source content changes?

Source hashes are compared and published translations can move to Needs Review.

Are API keys exposed in the browser?

They are intended to remain server-side and are not included in normal frontend switcher JavaScript payloads.

Can I export logs?

Yes. Logs can be filtered and downloaded as CSV or JSON.

Do I need an active commercial license for visitors to see existing translations?

No. Existing stored translations and frontend switching continue. The commercial entitlement gates premium generation, automation, updates and support rather than destructively disabling already published multilingual content.

What happens when my license expires?

New premium generation/update entitlement stops, while existing stored translations and frontend delivery continue. Renew/reactivate to restore premium operations.

Can I move a license to another website?

Deactivate the old site first, then activate the new site, subject to the purchased activation limit and Stardetha store policy.

What if stardetha.com is temporarily unavailable?

After a successful validation, v0.20.0 can use a 14-day cached connectivity grace period instead of immediately blocking premium operations.
